Communications Officer, Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute social media and digital marketing strategies in order to maximize the Society's brand awareness and enhance the brand image
  • Develop and draft social media content to promote the Society's services, campaigns and events on different digital platforms including website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Collaborate with celebrities, KOLs, YouTubers and production teams on content creation
  • Contribute creative ideas on video content and graphic design
  • Monitor and response to online enquiries in a timely manner
  • Compile reports for management review and campaign effectiveness analysis
  • Support other promotion activities including exhibitions, book fairs and events, etc
  • Undertake any other duties as required

Assistant Corporate Development Manager (Donor Engagement)

  • Formulate and implement donor recruitment and retention programmes to meet the Society’s annual fundraising targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a fundraising team to successfully execute programmes and activities, with a particular focus on the Face-to-Face (F2F) channel
  • Assist in recruiting fundraising staff and designing impactful training programmes to boost productivity and enhance overall fundraising performance
  • Assist in managing the public and donor database; perform data analysis to provide strategic insights, reports, and actionable recommendations
  • Oversee the planning and execution of exhibitions and fundraising events, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Devise and implement public outreach strategies and engagement events to attract community partners and elevate brand awareness
  • Copywrite and edit compelling fundraising and donor relations materials, including newsletters, direct mail/online appeals, invitations, proposals, and donor acknowledgement letters
  • Plan, develop, and drive the marketing and engagement strategies for the Legacy Donation programme, cultivating relationships with prospects and managing legacy donor stewardship
  • End-to-end management of the annual Charity Raffle campaign, including regulatory compliance/licensing, ticket sales drives, corporate prize solicitation, and distribution channel coordination

Senior Application Developer

  • Develop and maintain existing and new IT applications (including but not limited to web, and mobile applications)
  • Translate high-level business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture
  • Evaluate and choose the right frameworks, databases, and third-party tools for the project
  • Understand automation to streamline development processes
  • Explore and integrate Generative AI and modern technologies to enhance user experience and productivity
  • Perform comprehensive programming testing (including load tests)
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, propose architectural improvements, and ensure security and scalability across the stack
  • Design and support data analysis, reporting, and the implementation of business intelligence solutions to meet the needs of users at different organizational levels
  • Provide IT applications support for different systems
  • Writing and maintaining technical designs, architecture diagrams, and system operations documentation
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and embrace continuous learning
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned

Senior IT Officer

  • Oversee the administration, monitoring, and performance optimization of the organization's network and IT infrastructure across data centers and branch offices to ensure reliable and resilient operations
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot core network and security infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, SSL VPN gateways, and related connectivity services
  • Manage network access controls, firewall rules, VPN security, and infrastructure security configurations to protect systems and ensure alignment with IT security policies and standards
  • Implement and maintain secure system configurations, monitoring controls, backup solutions, and disaster recovery arrangements to safeguard data integrity and strengthen infrastructure resilience
  • Administer and maintain critical infrastructure platforms, including Active Directory (AD), Storage Area Networks (SAN), virtualization platforms, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring security, availability, and operational stability
  • Provide tier-2/3 technical support for complex infrastructure, system, network, and access-related incidents, ensuring timely troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution
  • Participate in infrastructure and security enhancement projects, including system upgrades, security hardening, technology rollout, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned to support the secure and stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure

Application Developer

  • Proficiency in the full development cycle, including coding, testing, rollout & maintenance
  • Proficiency in API design, JSON transformation, SQL, and scripting using Python or equivalent technologies
  • Solid experience with Azure Cloud and containerized application environments
  • Know-how to use AI tools to facilitate system development effectively
  • Strong skills in designing automated test units and system performance enhancement
  • Provide application support for different applications
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including API, system architecture, design diagrams, and release notes, etc
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned

IT Officer

  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting
  • Support corporate event and A/V equipment setup
  • Provide software/hardware installation services and troubleshooting
  • Conduct periodical IT inventory stocktaking exercise
  • Assist in Infrastructure administration and monitoring
  • Maintain operational procedures, system documentation and IT asset inventories
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned
  • Undertake any other related duties as required

Assistant Accounting Officer

  • Handle daily accounting operations (Accounts Payable, data entry, preparing vouchers, bank reconciliation)
  • Handle monthly government subvention and claims
  • Assist in month-end/year-end closing processes
  • Review and monitor sponsored projects, budgetary control, and financial forecasts
  • Coordinate with external auditors for project report audits
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required
  • Prepare full set of accounts and accounting schedules

Ethnic Minority District Ambassador (EMDA) (Eastern District)

  • Assist in preparing and conducting group activities and programmes, publicity and promotional work, training and various activities, including but not limited to those for ethnic monitories (EMs)
  • Assist in providing simple interpretation and translation service to EMs to facilitate them to fill in application forms, obtain the information they need and get themselves familiar with the community resources, etc
  • Assist in performing networking duties/activities including conducting visits and providing escort services for EMs
  • Assist in the production of publicity/promotion materials in EM language(s)
  • Assist in manning the reception/mobile service counters and receive incoming calls
  • Assist in establishing contact and maintaining liaison with members of EM communities to gauge their service needs
