Heep Hong Charity Sports Fun Day 2026 will be held on 5th December 2026 (Saturday), at the South China Athletic Association.
This annual event brings together corporations and sports lovers for exciting tournaments and fun game booths. It is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy sports, build team spirit, and network. All funds raised will go to our non-government-funded services, including our Parents Resource Centres and "Children and Youth Training Fund," to support children and youth with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and their families.

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Venue: South China Athletic Association (This event is open to invitees only)

Introduction of Heep Hong Society and the event

Established in 1963, Heep Hong Society is a children's education and rehabilitation organisation offering professional assessment, guidance, training, and family support services. We are committed to helping children and young people of different abilities maximize their full potential, empower families, and contribute to an inclusive society.

Heep Hong Society is going to organize our signature fundraising event of 'Heep Hong Charity Sports Fun Day 2026' at the South China Athletic Association (SCAA) on 5 December 2026. We invited our corporate partners to join the corporate tournament as shown below:

Pickleball tournament

We also welcome individuals to form teams and take part in the pickleball tournament. Whether you're joining as a corporate representative or simply passionate about sports and community causes, your participation will help make the day even more vibrant and meaningful!

Apart from the corporate tournament, participants can enjoy a variety of sports challenges and themed booths throughout the day. Corporate representatives, together with families and children served by Heep Hong Society, are invited to take part in the activities and share a memorable and joyful day together. This fundraising event aims to raise HK$1 million for Heep Hong services, including non-governmental services to support SEN children from low-income families to receive timely assessment and professional training

• Pickleball tournament

Date: 31 October 2026 (Saturday)
Time: For 50+ Tournament 09:30-13:00, For 40+ Tournament 12:30-16:00
Venue: Hong Kong Hang Seng University Indoor Gymnasium
Number of participants: Two people per team
Eligibility: Team average age 40+ or 50+ years old

Heep Hong Charity Sports Fun Day, a variety of sports games will be available for children from the centers to participate in, along with themed booths, allowing all children, families, and corporate representatives to enjoy a meaningful and joyful day together. This charity event aims to raise funds for the Heep Hong Society to support its services, including non government funded services, and to help children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) from low-income families receive timely assessments and professional training.

The event will be held at the South China Athletic Association from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on 5 December 2026. This event are by invitation only.

• Where will the proceeds of this activity be used?

This event will be donated to Heep Hong services, including non-governmental services to support SEN children from low-income families to receive timely assessment and professional training. In addition, donations from business corporations may also be used to apply for matching funds (such as the Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged), with the aim of leveraging synergy to expand services and meet social needs.

• Can the public participate in this event?
