• Oversee the administration, monitoring, and performance optimization of the organization's network and IT infrastructure across data centers and branch offices to ensure reliable and resilient operations
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot core network and security infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, SSL VPN gateways, and related connectivity services
• Manage network access controls, firewall rules, VPN security, and infrastructure security configurations to protect systems and ensure alignment with IT security policies and standards
• Implement and maintain secure system configurations, monitoring controls, backup solutions, and disaster recovery arrangements to safeguard data integrity and strengthen infrastructure resilience
• Administer and maintain critical infrastructure platforms, including Active Directory (AD), Storage Area Networks (SAN), virtualization platforms, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring security, availability, and operational stability
• Provide tier-2/3 technical support for complex infrastructure, system, network, and access-related incidents, ensuring timely troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution
• Participate in infrastructure and security enhancement projects, including system upgrades, security hardening, technology rollout, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform any other related duties as assigned to support the secure and stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of proven experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN architectures and network hardware
• Solid understanding of advanced networking concepts (including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP routing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies)
• Hands-on experience managing virtualized environments using VMware or Hyper-V
• Solid experience in cybersecurity products, like Checkpoint, Forti Web, Palo-Alto is an advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Possesses a positive, "can-do" attitude. Ability to take direction from the Manager, collaborate on project rollouts, and tackle ad-hoc duties with a proactive, willing-to-learn mindset
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
