• To assist in the development, preparation, and implementation of new and existing training programmes and related initiatives under the China Project; 
• To provide full-spectrum administrative and logistical support to facilitate smooth and efficient delivery of training activities;
• To prepare training materials, reports, documentation, and maintain accurate and up-to-date project databases;
• To liaise with internal teams, trainers and external stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaborative working relationships;
• To support programme monitoring and evaluation through data collection, analysis, and consolidation of participant feedback;  
• To ensure all project activities are carried out in compliance with organizational policies and procedures guidelines;
• To support the design and delivery of promotional and communication materials to enhance programme visibility;
• To assist in preparation of funding applications, service proposals, and other submissions to support the sustainability and development of programmes;
• To perform any other related duties as assigned.

• University Graduate or equivalent. Lower educational attainment with substantial working experience & good performance will also be considered;
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience, preferably in training, education or business administration sectors;
• Independent and good team player;
• Detail-oriented and organized;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and basic photo/ video editing software;
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China and to work outside normal office hours, including weekends or public holidays, when required.
