Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Research & Development)

Strategic Leadership & Organizational Management Support the CEO in developing and executing the organization's vision and mission, policies, and strategic plans Promote the organization and network with different stakeholders 2. Research & Development (R&D) Oversight Drive professional teams to identify best practices, emerging trends, new training tools and innovative interventions for SEN support, ensuring the application of research results into practice Foster partnerships with universities and research institutions to enhance the impact of programs 3. Information Technology (IT) Management Leading the IT Department to drive digital transformation and AI-driven solutions Coordinate various departments for pilot projects in improving the operational efficiency and user experience 4. Professional Development Develop and implement plans for professional deveflopment, including qualification framework and continuous training development or professional staff Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Qualifications	Bachelor holder or above, preferably in Social Work, Social Science or Public Administration Over 8 years in senior management position, experience in rehabilitative field and IT projects are an advantage Strong planning, analytical, organization, problem solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficient in business communication & presentation in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
